Join us
for beautiful, intriguing Turkey. From enchanting Istanbul to the waters
of the blue Aegean.
Istanbul
is a mosaic of East and West situated on two continents. We
will explore her mosques and museums, palaces, monuments,
and the famous Covered Bazaar.
Crossing
the Dardanelles, we reach Priam's city, windy Troy; Pergamon, the city
where stood the great altar of Zeus; and Ephesos, one of the largest
cities of the ancient world.
Three leisurely
days beside the lapis sea at Bodrum (Halikarnassos) allow
us to visit the Mausoleum (one of the 7 Wonders of the World);
the castle of St. Peter; and cruise on our sailing ship along
the rocky Aegean coast.
We will
see the three most prominent cities of ancient Ionia: Priene, Didyma,
and Miletos.
Throughout
our adventure we'll enjoy excellent Turkish cuisine and get to know
the hospitable Turkish people.
We have
directed this tour many times in the past and will do so in the future.
